Recycled Aggregates
Economic sources of recycled aggregates are available to the company and these are offered to fully or partially comply with the specifications contained in the “Specification for Highway Works”. Some are produced in accordance with WRAP Protocols. They include crushed hardcore, crushed concrete, crushed tarmac and tarmac planings as well as demolition hardcore.
Primary Natural Aggregates
Sub-base, shingle, sand and ballast, etc. are all available from local pits, quarries and wharves. They are supplied by recognised producers and meet relevant Highways, Water Industry and British Standards Specifications.
Topsoil, Bark, Woodchip & Mulches
Sandy, loamy blended soils are available with certificated chemical analyses and gradings. Budget screened soils can be provided and although they are sometimes suitable for planting, we recommend their use generally confined to a turfing base.
A wide range of bark, woodchip and green waste mulches can be supplied as well as bark or softwood peelings for children’s play areas.
Riding Arenas
Many of our customers have benefited from taking advice and materials from us for their Equestrian Riding Arenas.
